We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Insurance company.

PMO Head
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Planning projects aligned to business strategy within constraints such as time, cost, agreed quality standards and benefit realization
* Scheduling tasks, deadlines and milestone for all stakeholders and resources
* Coaching, socializing and providing support to business team throughout project lifecycle
* Managing problem arise effectively and efficiently
* Evaluating project deliverables prepared by team member to ensure that still on track
* Monitoring and reporting regularly to all stakeholders

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from a reputable university
* Minimum 7 years experience in managing project
* Hold formal project management or process reengineering qualification: PMI or Six Sigma with minimum Green Belt qualification
* Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Able to demonstrate examples of successful project delivery, including issue identification/resolution and benefit realization
* Capable with common office and project desktop technology, eg. MS Office, MS Project Outlook and Minitab (or similar).
* Able to present idea conceptually in English for both oral and written
